FOUNDING COHORT

Become the woman who knows how to lead herself through what comes next.

An eight-week guided experience for accomplished women who want to use AI with more

confidence, clarity and intention—without losing what makes them human.

Thursdays, September 24–November 12

12:00–1:00 p.m. CT | Live Online
Limited to 12 women

Eight weeks. Twelve women. One hour a week.

Is this you?

You’re accomplished, capable and curious. You know AI is changing the way we work and lead, but you don’t want to chase every new tool or feel like you have to become a technologist to keep up.

🧪 You’ve experimented with AI, but know you’re only scratching the surface.

👩🏻‍🔬 You wonder what AI means for your career, business or leadership.

⚖️ You want to use AI without handing over your judgment.

⏰ You don’t have time to sort through every tool, headline and trend.

🤔 You want a thoughtful place to explore what’s next with other accomplished women.

You don’t need more noise. You need clarity, confidence and a way forward..

What Changes in Eight Weeks

In eight weeks, you’ll move from wondering how AI fits into your life and leadership to having the confidence, judgment and personal strategy to use it with intention—without losing what makes you human.

YOUR EIGHT-WEEK JOURNEY

You don’t need to become an AI expert. You need space to think, experiment, ask better questions and decide how you want to move forward.

Each week combines a short teaching, facilitated conversation, practical AI experimentation and one action you can put to work right away.

Week 1 Who Am I With AI?
Understand where you are now, what you believe about AI and what becoming future ready means for you.

Week 2Get Clear
Separate what matters from the noise and identify where AI could create meaningful value in your work and life.

Week 3Stay Conscious
Explore where to trust AI, where to question it and where human judgment still belongs firmly in the driver’s seat.

Week 4Build Confidence
Move from hesitation to experimentation by learning through use—not by trying to master every new tool.

Week 5Create Connection
Use technology in ways that strengthen communication, relationships and the human experience rather than diminish them.

Week 6Choose Your Tools
Build a curated personal AI toolkit around what you need instead of what everyone else says you should have.

Week 7Claim Your Agency
Decide what you will automate, augment, delegate, learn—and what you want to keep human.

Week 8Become Future Ready
Bring everything together into your own Future Ready Female™ plan for what comes next.

AI is part of the conversation. You are the focus.

About Holly:

Holly Duckworth is a speaker, author, leadership strategist and Human Leadership Architect helping women become more confident, capable and future ready in an AI-shaped world.

Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, wellbeing and artificial intelligence, with one core belief at the center: technology should help us become more human, not less.

Through keynotes, workshops, coaching and her Future Ready Female™ framework, Holly helps women cut through the noise, strengthen their judgment, build confidence with AI and make intentional choices about how they want to work, lead and live.

She is the creator of the Compass to Empowerment™ framework and the Awareness, Alignment and Agency approach, both designed to help people navigate change with greater clarity and confidence.

Holly’s work has taken her from association and corporate stages to TEDxFranklin, where she explored the human impact of change, connection and the places we belong.

What she brings to the Future Ready Female™ Lab is not another lecture about technology. She brings a guided space to think, experiment, ask better questions and decide what future ready means for you.

FAQ's:

Do I need to be experienced with AI to join?

Not at all. You do not need to be an AI expert, technologist or power user. You just need curiosity, a willingness to experiment and an interest in understanding how AI can support your work, leadership and life.

Is this an AI training course?

No. Future Ready Female™ Lab is not a software tutorial or technical certification. You will use AI throughout the experience, but the focus is on building confidence, judgment, clarity and agency so you can decide where AI belongs in your life and where it does not.

What if I already use ChatGPT or other AI tools?

You are still a strong fit. This experience is designed to help you move beyond simply using tools and start thinking more intentionally about how AI fits into your decisions, leadership, productivity and future.

What happens during each session?

Each 60-minute session combines a short teaching, facilitated conversation, reflection, practical AI experimentation and one action or experiment you can apply before the next session.

How much time should I expect outside the weekly sessions?

The program is designed for busy women. Plan on the one-hour live session each week, plus about 15–30 minutes for your Future Ready Experiment, reflection or application between sessions.

What if I have to miss a session?

We encourage participants to attend at least six of the eight live sessions because the conversation and cohort experience are an important part of the program. Teaching resources and key materials will be available if you miss a week, but confidential group discussions will not be recorded.

Will the sessions be recorded?

The facilitated group conversations will not be recorded. We want participants to be able to speak candidly, ask questions and explore real challenges in a confidential environment. Selected teaching content or supporting resources may be made available when appropriate.

Is this a networking or business-development group?

No. Connection is an important part of the experience, but solicitation and selling to other participants are not part of the program. The goal is to create a thoughtful, confidential space where women can learn, experiment and grow together.

What will I leave with at the end of eight weeks?

You will leave with greater confidence using AI, a clearer sense of where it can support you, a curated set of tools and prompts, eight practical experiments, and your own Future Ready Female™ Plan for how you want to work, lead and move forward.

What is included in the $497 investment?

Your Founding Cohort investment includes eight live Future Ready Female™ Lab sessions, the Future Ready Female™ Field Guide, weekly experiments, curated AI prompts and tools, your personal Future Ready Female™ Plan and one private 30-minute Future Ready Conversation with Holly.

Is this a networking or business-development group?

No. Connection is an important part of the experience, but solicitation and selling to other participants are not part of the program. The goal is to create a thoughtful, confidential space where women can learn, experiment and grow together.

Why is this called the Founding Cohort?

This is the first Future Ready Female™ Lab cohort. Founding members receive the complete experience while also helping shape and strengthen the program through their feedback and participation. The cohort is intentionally limited to 10 women.

Is Co-Intelligence required reading?

No. Co-Intelligence by Ethan Mollick may be recommended as an optional resource, along with other curated ideas and readings. Future Ready Female™ Lab is built around Holly’s proprietary frameworks and curriculum rather than any one book.

Is the program only for women who manage teams?

No. Leadership here is broader than a job title. This experience is for women leading businesses, teams, careers, organizations, communities or simply themselves through a period of change.

When and where do we meet?

The Founding Cohort meets live online on Thursdays from September 24 through November 12, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. Central Time. Via Zoom.

How many women will be in the cohort?

The Founding Cohort is limited to 12 women so there is enough diversity of perspective for meaningful discussion while keeping the experience personal and participatory.
